Inspired by one of CHADA’ s partner who was the Head of Diversity and Inclusion for 8.5 years and brought her team to win the UN award, Employment of Persons with Disabilities issued by the State Secretariat for the Rights of the Person with Disability (SEDPcD) in collaboration with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), she still embrace Diversity and Inclusion to CHADA in all aspects.
