CHADA

is a crown (headgear)-like traditional Thai headdress for royalty.

CHADA, for us, represents the modern central court “Chakri Maha Prasat” hall built in the era of King Rama V with the Thai architectural design domed roof but the building was designed with a contrast in Western style. It is called

“Westerner with a Thai headdress”.

CHADA Culinary represents our highest respect to the traditional Thai culinary value which mostly brings Thai authentic recipes from the era of  King Rama V, the era in Thailand's history when East meets West

CHADA’s signature was born from a Western chef who has a strong passion in Thai culinary and a Thai foodie who is intrigued by Western food style.
